William E. Surber aka (Bill)  born March 24th 1943 in Dayton Ohio.

Was an Army veteran and was an expert marksman for the United States Army. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved target shooting. He was also a college graduate from Sinclair College with a Bachelors of the arts 1970 and Wright State University 1972 with a Bachelors in Geology.

He is preceded in death by his brother Edward C. Weaver Jr. He is survived by his beloved wife Pamela S. Surber of 39 years, beloved daughter Tegan A. Redd (husband Jason M. Redd) grandchildren Jaxson M. Redd, Xavier M. Redd and Wesley J. Henderson (wife Alyssa Henderson) great grandchildren Ayden, Nolan and Rowen Henderson. As well as his brother Robert M. Weaver.
