Allen is survived by his wife Barbara of 65 years; his sons Michael, Terry, and Randy; his daughters Linda, Vicki Serianne (Rick), Nancy, and Patti (Roger Ingram); grandkids Daniel (Rashida) and Samantha; great grandkids Hezekiah, Josiah, Amariah, Destynee Boyd, Joshua Boyd, Shylee Guffee, and Khloe Ramirez-Willard; brothers Ross and Huston; sisters Susie Hinson, Bonnie Bane (Joe), and Rosie; and several nieces and nephews. Allen was predeceased by his parents Robert and Lilly Willard, his sisters O’Dessell and Christine, and grandson Randy Willard, Jr. Service Information
