Tristan Anthony Carter, beloved father, fiancé, son, brother, and friend, passed away on May 8, 2025, at the age of 38. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Tristan lived a life defined by loyalty, strength, and an unwavering love for his family.Born to Barbara Davis and Nathaniel Carter, Tristan was a devoted father to Cheyenne and Luna. His daughters were the light of his life, and he found his greatest joy and purpose in being their dad. He shared a deep, loving bond with his fiancée, Bobbie, whose support and partnership brought him happiness and strength.Tristan had a passion for collecting knives and was an avid PC gamer. Whether competing online or spending quiet moments with loved ones, he was known for his sharp wit, quiet strength, and generous heart. He cherished every moment spent with his family, especially his girls.He is survived by his parents, Barbara Davis and Nathaniel Carter; his daughters, Cheyenne Freeman and Luna Carter; his fiancée, Bobbie Freeman; his brother, Sean Carter, and wife; his sister, Jessica Emmons, and husband; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends. Tristan’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him, and his legacy of dedication, kindness, and love will never be forgotten.A memorial service will be held at VFW Post 10630, located at 3226 Davis St., Hope Mills, NC 28348 on Sunday June 1, 2025 from 1pm to 3pm.
