It is with great sadness that the family of Tonya Marie Powell ( Raybuck ) passed away on November 17 2024 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Lakeland Florida. She was born December 14 1964 in Oil City Pa. to Neil Allen Raybuck Sr and Charlotte Mae Blake. She is survived by her 3 children Darryl Raybuck, Jerrica Marie Graham, Jamie Michelle Raybuck. 3 sisters Sheila Dianne Dockery, Fonda Mae Raybuck Wilson, Billie Jo Martin Meadors 1 Brother Neil Allen Raybuck Jr plus 9 Grandbabies Mother Charlotte Mae Zellefrow. Proceeded in death is Father Neil Allen Raybuck Sr. Tonya is being cremated and a celebration of life will come at a later date
