Timothy Jan Nyquist

Timothy Jan Nyquist, 67, of Laramie passed away on December 8, 2023, after battling Merkel Cell Carcinoma. Tim was born on April 27, 1956 in Glendive, Montana. He grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming, eventually calling Laramie home. He was passionate about Green Building and a former educator of Building Science at LCCC. Tim is survived by his loving wife Susan; his children Donald and Trisha; his step-children Nels, Hanni, and Dane; his 11 beloved grandchildren; his siblings Bill, Pat, Mike, and Dee. Tim was preceded in death by his sister Jacque, parents Mary Ellen and Herb, and Carter and Maxine. A memorial service for Tim will be held at 11:00 a.m. January 12 at St. Laurence O’Toole Catholic Church, Laramie, Wyoming.
