Thomas A. Stephenson
The world knew not of the great gem that God imparted unto it. Thomas was and always will be shining, loving, and loyal husband to his wife, Hannah, and wonderful and caring father for his two children, Juli and Tommy. On a typical day, you would find him enjoying life's smallest joys with Hannah in their backyard, on their mountain-view deck, or even in their homey living room. A man with a green thumb, his plants always yielded the ripest, juiciest fruits, and he raised them up strong like he did his kids. While Thomas worked hard to keep his work life from encroaching on his personal life, he and Hannah kept healthy relationships with friends he had gained from decades prior. Working for the Air and Marine Operations sector of Customs and Border Protection gave him great purpose, and he proudly displayed his awards, plaques, and decorations from the 15 year long career in his trophy room. Thomas's love for God, his family, and his friends encourage us to continue living with happiness in our hearts for him; as we know he was saved by the grace of God, and we will meet again.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Hannah, children, Juli and Tommy, mother and father, Mary and James, and brother and sister, James and Heather.
Funeral Service for Thomas will be held on friday, August 11, 2023 at 9:00 am, at Evergreen Cemetery, 3015 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705.
The Stephenson family has invited friends, family, and guests traveling in from out of town to Tom's parents house after the service; 9969 E Via Del Pasto, Tucson, AZ 85747.
