Costa Mesa, CA – Teruko Burns passed away peacefully on March 26, 2026 at the age of 97.

Born on February 17, 1929 in Kawaguchi, Saitama-ken, Japan, she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed.

Teruko was predeceased by Edward Burns, her husband of over 71 years. She is survived by daughters Charlene and her husband Karl, Analiah, Teresa, and her son Mark, along with grandchildren Erica and her husband Gabe, Ryan, Christopher, Cassandra and her husband Ryan and great-grandchild Jack.
