Teresa Ann Krantz

Teresa Ann Krantz, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, passed away on Febuary 24, 2025, at the age of 72.

Born on June 19, 1952, in Hobbs, New Mexico, Teresa lived most of her life in California, embracing a vibrant and fulfilling joumey filled with adventure, creativity, and love for those around her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Krantz Jr.; her parents, Gene and Betty Raney; and her brother, Michael Raney.

Teresa's legacy ives on through her sons, Brian Krantz and wife Wendy of Sherman, Texas, and Scott Krantz and Lyndon Lamb of Durant, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her sister, Robin Norman and husband Keith of Leavenworth, Kansas; her brother, Steven Raney and wife Linda Raney of Linden, California; her sister-in-law, Judith Raney if Stockton, Califomia; and a host of grandchildren.

Her cherished grandchildren include granddaughters Meghan Gilliland and Stevie Gilliland, Ryleigh Gray and Zaire Gray, and grandsons Reed Krantz, Bryce Krantz and wife Megan Krantz, and Jason Lamb-Krantz. Teresa also leaves behind numerous great-grandchildren who brought joy to her life.

Teresa was a force of nature-adventurous, creative, and unafraid to get her hands dirty. She had a passion for cars, baseball (third base), and creating lasting memories with her loved ones. An avid reader, she found joy and inspiration in the pages of books, sparking her imagination and enriching her life. Teresa adored her Yorkies, who were her constant companions and a source of comfort and happiness. She was a devoted friend who brought joy, warmth, and laughter to everyone she met.

While there will be no services at this time, a celebration of Teresa's remarkable life will be held at a later date. Her family and friends will gather to honor her memory and share the stories that made her life so special.

As Erin Hanson once wrote, "What iflfall? Oh, but my, darling, what if you fly?" This was Teresa's favorite quote, a reflection of her adventurous spirit and her belief in taking chances and embracing life.

Teresa will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the love she shared and the inspiration she brought to those fortunate enough to know her.
