Suzanne Patricia Townshend

Suzanne Patricia Townshend, 59, of Tucson, AZ passed away November 26th, 2025. She was born October 29th, 1966, Suzanne was the beloved daughter to the late Pat and Jesse Townshend. She graduated from St. Gregory High School and earned her Physical Therapy Degree at Northern Arizona University. She spent 31 years compassionately serving patients as a physical therapist at Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Suzanne was known for her energetic and loyal nature. She loved walking her dogs, exercising, caring for her beautiful yard, spending time with friends, and cheering on the University of Arizona Wildcats. She had the unique ability to live in the present. She appreciated the beauty of the monsoon storms and sunsets in the Sonoran Desert. She was passionate about caring for rescue animals, especially dogs. 

Her ashes will be respectfully placed alongside her parents, in the prayer garden, at Christ United Methodist Church in Tucson, AZ.

A remembrance gathering will be held in the Chapel at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital on January 14th, 2026 at 12:30pm. To honor her memory, donations may be made to any animal rescue organization of one’s choice.
