Russell Rodger Miller of Riverview, Florida passed away February 16, 2025 at Lifepath Hospice in Ruskin.  He was born in Georgia and raised in Ruskin, Florida. Rodger is survived by his beloved wife Betty, two children; Jeff and Vickie, 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Rodger loved God, loved his family, was a cowboy at heart, a friend to many,  a mentor to numerous individuals, and had a heart of gold. His ability to tell the greastest stories and jokes brought unimmesuarable joy and laughter to all who heard.

He will be forever missed but his memory will live forever in the hearts of all who love him.
