Richard J Wagner Age 92 of West St. Paul Passed away peacefully on December 22 surrounded by family. Survived by his devoted wife of 68 years, Betty; children, Debbie (Gary), Steve (Cindy), Don (Cathy), Sandy (Gary), Mike (Libby); grandchildren, Bradley, Lydia, Thomas, Matthew, Andrew, Tyler, Sarah, Sydney, Katelyn and Ethan. Preceded in death by parents Clemens and Katherine, sisters Clara and Irene, brothers Burt and Roman. Proudly served in the US Army and was a long-time employee of Univac. He had many hobbies and interests and was active in the church and community. He especially enjoyed electronics, woodworking and participating in holiday lighting contests. Mass of Christian burial will take place on Friday, December 30 at 11 am at St Joseph’s Church, 1154 Seminole Ave, West St Paul. Visitation will take place one hour prior. Burial at Fort Snelling at 1:30 pm.
