Portia Lily Robles of Broadalbin, NY passed away peacefully on Saturday March 22, 2025, at Albany Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 21, 2014, at Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville, NY to Javier and Jessica (Shapiro) Robles.

Portia was the most beautiful and courageous little girl.  She lit up the world with her beautiful smile and her amazing personality. Her sassiness was like no other and our Sweet P was loved by so many. There was truly no one like her.  She battled Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia for 6 1/2 years and stole the hearts of all that knew her including her Dr's, Nurses, Teachers, friends and family. She was so special and loving. Portia enjoyed playing with her Barbie Dolls, drawing, coloring and loved doing homework. She played for hours a day with her Mini Brand Foods and watched Disney movies. Her absolute favorite place to be was Disney World and she was last there in May. Portia was our little kiwi, our Sweet P, who was also our Princess P who later became Queen P. She was the heart of the family and will be forever missed. To all of us she will always be Portia Strong.

She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather Ruben Robles.

Portia is survived by her loving parents Javier and Jessica Robles; five siblings Christian (Mariah) Morell, Megan (Jared) Dumas, Arianna Robles, Zachary Robles, and Melania Robles; paternal grandparents Didalina Cedeno and Victor Torres; maternal grandmother Holly Olson; and maternal grandfather Morey Shapiro; nieces Valencia Morell, Gianna Morell, and Enzo Robles; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 4pm to 7pm at Betz, Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Avenue, Amsterdam, NY 12010. A service of remembrance will be held at the funeral home the following morning on Thursday, March 27, at 11am. Portia will be laid to rest following the service at Fairview Cemetery in Amsterdam, NY.

We would like to thank our amazing community for all of the love and support throughout Portia's journey. We would also like to thank all of the foundations who generously helped us make such special memories with our baby girl. Finally, we want to thank all of the compassionate Dr's, Nurses and Healthcare professionals who took care of our Sweet P.
