Patricia "Trish" Stoffregen passed away peacefully in her home the evening of April 10, 2025, at the age of 78.

Patricia was born in New Mexico on July 13, 1946. She moved to and grew up in Eaton, Colorado where she attended Eaton High School graduating in 1964. After meeting her beloved husband, Bob, they moved their family from Greeley to Normal, Illinois and eventually moved to Newbury Park, California. Patricia received a BA in Business at Antioch University in Santa Barbara. She retired from an executive search company in Westlake Village, California as their administrative assistant. Upon their retirement in California, Patricia and her husband decided that relocating to Greeley was destined for them.

Patricia traveled to Mexico, Israel, Rome, Spain, Amsterdam, and many states in the U.S. She served in Officer positions of several volunteer organizations in Illinois and California. Patricia always had a deep-seated desire to make a difference and contribute to a cause. She continued to volunteer in Colorado.

Patricia provided a safe, nurturing home for grandchildren Brittani and Jonathan. Patricia and her husband always provided support for them. Jonathan and Brittani saw them as parental figures rather than grandparents, and their involvement provided a sense of continuity. There will always be a special connection between Patricia, and her oldest grandchildren.

Patricia had a notable sense of humor and always a calm, gentle voice. If you said something clever or funny you'd be rewarded with her placing her hand over her heart combined with an immeasurable, warm laugh.

One of her fondest memories includes living in the wonderful little family-loving town of Eaton, Colorado. She always thought of happiness when she thought of Eaton.

Patricia is in Heaven joining her cherished husband Harlan "Bob" Stoffregen.

She is survived by her daughters Brenda Mcdonald and Paula Stoffregen. Preceded in death by parents Donna Neary Strain and Willie Strain. Sisters include Billie Jo Anderson (husband deceased) and Betsy Cobarr (Glenn); Grandchildren Brittani, Jonathan, Charity, Joshua, Robert and Topanga; Great grandsons Landyn, Luka and August. Also preceded in death by granddaughter Sara. Patricia has many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and great friends she always kept close.

A service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd at 10:00AM at Adamson Life Celebration Home 2000 47th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80634, with a reception following at 11:00am.
