It is with great sadness we share the passing of William Winfield Bromley of Haverstraw, NY, age 60.

After graduating from North Rockland High School, he followed in his father and grandfather's footsteps and entered into the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union #363.  During his 40 year tenor he had a fulfilling career as a Journeyman Electrician.

As a lifelong resident of North Rockland, he was a 35 year active member and former Captain of Lady Warren Hose Co. #5 in the Village of Haverstraw.  He was decorated for his life saving efforts and dedication.

Billy leaves behind his parents William E. and Bertha "Tiny", his wife of 37 years Christine "Love of My Life", his brother Steven and family, his children Will, Sara, Mason and Brian, and grandchildren Isabelle and Theodore.

He enjoyed boating, skiing, fishing, and celebrating life with his family and friends.  He was full of love and laughter and will be missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 4pm-8pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville, NY, with Firematic services to be held at 7pm. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, 11am at Mt. Repose Cemetery, Haverstraw, NY.
