Timothy Golemis, 80, of Stony Point NY passed away peacefully on September 15th 2024. Timothy was born in the Bronx on September 3rd 1944 to John and Georgia Golemis, both immigrants from Greece. He graduated from Monroe Highschool in the Bronx and served his country in the U.S. Army. Timothy married the love of his life Frances on September 18, 1966 and together they raised three sons. He worked at IBM for 32 years and then as a clerk for Rockland County for more than 10. Timothy enjoyed telling jokes, the Jersey shore, the NY Yankees and the Rangers, but above all he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his beloved wife Frances (nee Robustello), his son John and his wife Stacey, his son Dean and his wife Mariafinita, His son Nicholas and his wife Christina and his grandchildren Nicholas, Lucia, Timothy, Vincent, Hayden, and Evan. Timothy was predeceased by his parents John and Georgia, his sister Gloria and his brothers Anthony, Emil, and Denis. Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 22nd from 2pm to 7pm at TJ McGowan and Sons Funeral Home, 71 N. Central Highway, Garnerville, NY. Internment will be on Monday, September 23rd at 11:30 at Frederick Loescher Veterans Memorial Cemetery 220 Brick Church Rd, Spring Valley, NY 10977.
