Patricia "Pat" Ford (née Spereman) passed away peacefully with her loving daughter by her side on April 15th, 2025 after a brief but valiant fight.

Pat was born on March 15th, 1960 in Ontario, Canada, to the late Francis "Bernie" and Ann Spereman. She is survived by her daughter Shauna, her closest friend and confidant whom she was most proud of, 4 sisters, a brother, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and their children, and many other friends and family. She is predeceased by her parents, and husband Kevin Ford.

In her spare time, Pat could always be found in her garden. She also enjoyed cross stitching, baking, reading and spending time with her daughter Shauna. Pat loved hockey and always cheered on the NY Rangers. After retiring from a long career, Pat found lots of success and fulfillment starting her own business.

She was the best mom in the world, and meant so much to those who cared about her. All who loved her will miss her forever. Arrangements will be private, with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
