Mary Lou Drexler, a lifelong Stony Point resident, passed away at home at the age of 83. She was born in Nyack, NY on March 28, 1941. Mary Lou graduated from Haverstraw High School. She was married to William (Bill) Drexler on August 1, 1958. Mary Lou worked as a Customer Service Technician for Kraft. She is survived by her children, William Drexler of Poughkeepsie, NY, Jean Drexler of Overland Park, Kansas, Tracey Mack (Alex) of Cornwall, NY and Jennie Drexler of Washingtonville, NY; her grandchildren Sarah Spitzer, Matthew Fortier, Lindsay Fortier, Alex Mack, and Michael Ferraioli. Mary Lou was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Louise Gurran and sister Kathleen Gaynor. Family will receive friends on Monday , May 13 from 4-8pm at T.J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home, 71 N. Central Highway, Garnerville, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday May 14 at 10am at St. Peter's Church , Haverstraw, followed by Interment at St. Peter's Cemetery.
