Marianno Leone "Matty", 85, of Stony Point passed away peacefully Thursday, September 2nd, 2021. Matty was born July 2nd,1936 in Bronx NY. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and retired head custodian at North Rockland High School. Matty loved collecting coins and the New York Yankees . He is survived by his loving wife Barbara of 64 years . His children daughter Lori and son Mark. His granddaughters Shannon and Nikki. His great grandchildren Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Madison and Morgan. His only sister Annette and nieces. He was predeceased by his parents and grandsons Kevin and Matthew . Family will receive friends on Thursday September 9th, 2021 from 3-7pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home, Garneville, NY. Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, September 10th, 2021 at 11:00 am at Saint Gregory Barbarigo Church, Garneville, NY, followed by interment at Frederick Loescher Veterans Cemetery, 220 Brick Church Road, Spring Valley, NY 10977.
