Lucy Porco, born Lucy Collazo, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on December 19, 2024 at the age of 60. Lucy was born in Ramapo, New York to Eleuterio and Teresa Collazo. Lucy worked for many years as an echocardiogram technician at Good Samaritan Hospital and Columbia Doctors. Lucy married Joseph Porco and together they raised their three children in West Nyack, NY. Lucy is survived by her daughter, Christiana, her two sons, Joseph and Michael, and her daughter-in-law, Samantha. She is also survived by her two sisters, Liza and Vicky, and two brothers, Eleuterio Jr. (Terry) and Steven, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Lucy is known for her kindness, beauty, and resilience. Lucy was a loving person who put her children and family above all else. She loved to sing songs of hope and faith, tend her flowers (especially roses), and spend time with family. Lucy leaves a legacy of love and strength to her family and community.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd, 2025 from 4pm-8pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Haverstraw, NY. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 4th, at 9:30 AM at St. Peter's Church, Haverstraw.
