Francesco "Frank" Scaglione was born on April 26, 1933 in San Piero Patti, Province of Messina Sicily. He came to the US in 1960 and lived in the North Rockland area until a few years ago, when he moved permanently moved to Florida. He was employed at Elks Piece Dye Works until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, deep sea fishing, and especially planting his garden of vegetables.

Francesco is survived by his children Rosetta, Gina (Ron), Marisa and Carmelo, his five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews; his sisters Angela and Maria, and his wife Elicia. He was predeceased by his parents Rose and Carmelo, sister Catena, brother Tindaro, and brothers-in-law Rosario and Carmelo.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024 from 3pm-7pm at TJ McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, 11am at St. Gregory Barbarigo Church in Garnerville, NY. Interment will be held at St. Peter's Cemetery, Haverstraw, NY.
