Everett (Bud) Severin born April 15, 1950 passed away peacefully May 17, 2024 at the age of 74. He was preceded in death by his sister Delores Anderson and his parents Everett and Mignon Severin. He is survived by his sister Sylvia Dillon, nephew Doug Hays, nieces De Ann Parsell and Amber Zable. Bud excelled in school and was an avid reader, he graduated from Portland State with a degree in Biology.
