In Loving Memory of Andrise Jeanne Darc Rosarion
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Andrise Jeanne Darc Rosarion, beloved mother, stepmother, Nana, friend, and cherished member of our community, who left us peacefully on March 14th at the age of 73.
Andrise was born on August 1st, 1951 in Port au Prince, Haiti, to Marlherb Dardignac and Yvonne Claire. She came to the United States in the late 1960s at 15 years old. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of all who knew her. A kind and compassionate soul, she was the heart of her family and an unwavering source of strength and love. She had an unmatched ability to make everyone feel special, whether they were family or friends.
Andrise was a devoted mother to Edwige Rosarion, Jessie Yves Rosarion, and Hensie Yvonne Rosarion and grandmother to Jessica Freeman, Andrise Alzuphar, James Gilmus and Ray Theodule, her legacy of love and kindness lives on in her children, step-children, and grandchildren, who will carry her memory with them always. Andrise was also a treasured friend to many, offering support, laughter, and warmth to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Andrise was a true community pillar, she was always ready to lend a hand and her quiet acts of kindness defined her. It was never about the glory, the happiness and advice that she could spread was more than enough. Her wisdom, generosity, and loving spirit were felt by everyone she encountered.
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the honor of crossing paths with her. Andrise leaves behind a lasting legacy of love, resilience, and a commitment to helping others. Her memory will forever be a guiding light to those she loved.
A Visitation to honor her life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd from12PM-4PM at TJ McGowans Sons Funeral Home in Garnerville. Services will be held at 4pm at the funeral home followed by a private cremation. All who knew her are welcome to join us in celebrating her life and the incredible mark she left on this world.
