Ms. Nakendra Shantell Milliner was born to the late Anita Milliner and Kenneth King. She was born on May 5th 1985 in Birmingham, Al. She attended Riggins elementary school, Betram A. Hudson middle, and George Washington Carver High School. Virginia College was the next step of her odyssey where she achieved an Associates Degree in Business and Technology.
She was baptized at an early age and in April 2023 she rededicated her life to Christ. She was a firm believer in the power of prayer and often encouraged others to keep their faith in Christ.
Nakendra departed this world on July 11th 2023 and went home to be with the Lord. A precious soul gone too soon. She leaves behind a legacy of devotion to family, friends and even strangers.
She was a woman of strong character and purpose. Her beautiful spirit and unique personality always brought joy to those who knew her. She enjoyed drawing, cooking, singing/rapping , creating crafts, and eating.
NaKendra is survived by her father Kenneth King and her son Keion Gilmore. She is preceded in death by her mother Anita Milliner,her brother Justin Milliner,a special aunt Margaret Milliner, and a special cousin Cordan Bonner.
