Born on July 7, 1968, in Richmond, Virginia, Myra was the cherished daughter of John and Ruby Watson. Her early life in Richmond laid the foundation for the warmth and kindness that would define her character and relationships throughout her life.

A dedicated mother and loving grandmother, Myra devoted her life to her family. She is survived by her three wonderful children, daughter Beth Cornelius, daughter Brittany Cornelius, and son Unique Cornelius. In her role as a grandmother, Myra found immense joy and pride in her three beloved grandchildren: Josh Williams, Jasmin Williams, and James Cornelius. Each moment spent with them brought her laughter and happiness, and she loved imparting her wisdom and love to the next generation.
