Commemorating The Legacy Of Louis “Louie” Lamar Fields Jr, 34 of Houston, Tx. Louis “Louie” Fields Jr. entered this world a happy bouncing baby boy on November 15, 1990, to parents Louis Fields Sr. and Sonya Evans. Growing up in East Houston and Trinity Gardens, Louie was a loving young man who never ended a conversation, phone call, or text without saying “I Love You.” Louie attended Houston Public Schools, excelling in the classroom and earning a diploma in general studies from North Shore Sr. High School before continuing his education at San Jacinto College. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved animals and working with his hands.

On March 5, 2025, Louie was embraced and welcomed by his Lord and Savior. He reunites with his maternal great-grandparents Florinza and Willie C. Evans, uncles Calvin and Craig Evans, cousin Christopher Devain Evans, paternal great-grandmother Geraldine Mims (Nana), and paternal uncle Anthony Marquis Mims.

Louie leaves behind to cherish his memories his mother Sonya Evans-Dennis, father Louis Fileds Sr, stepfather Alfred Dennis, sisters Laqueisha and Johnnisha Evans, brother Richard Fields III, uncle Darrion Dennis, maternal grandparents Leola and Douglas Fields, paternal grandparents Sandra and Richard Fields, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

As we bid farewell to Louis “Louie” Fields Jr, we take comfort in knowing that his spirit will continue in the hearts of all who were touched by his kindness and unwavering love.
