Laurence O Ziegler

Laurence Oliver Ziegler “Larry” passed away December 11th 2024 at home peacefully with his wife, Jamella Ziegler and the incredible teams from Horizon Home Health and the Helping Hands Caregivers. Larry was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Fred Ziegler and Pat Truter on July 9th 1954. 

Larry worked passionately for the transportation industry as a long haul truck driver for over 30 years, before driving on the open road Larry dedicated years of his life to the United States Marine Corp. You could always find Larry with a good snack and the T.V. on watching Castle. When not keeping the couch cushion warm he would be playing golf, or trying his best to convince a few fish that his bait was the best. 

Larry is Survived by his loving wife Jamella Ziegler and 3 amazing children and their families. Lee & Alisha Ziegler, Jim Ziegler, Nathan & Sadie Ziegler. Along with two siblings, Fred and Brenda Ziegler. 

Larry is preceded in passing by his mother Pat Truter, his father Fred Ziegler, and his four brothers, Georgie, Robert, Phil, and Scott Ziegler. 

We will be holding Larry’s Memorial Services on a later date at our family home in Mountain Home, Idaho.
