Kevin James Hetzel

"Though He brings grief, He will show compassion, so great is His unfailing love." Lamentations 3:32

It is with great sadness that this notice is presented:  Kevin James Hetzel born on January 10, 1964 has passed on January 1, 2026. Kevin was born in Torrance, California and lived in the South Bay for 24 years, where he married the love of his life, Jill.  The newlyweds moved to the High Desert in 1988 and lived in Victorville and Wrightwood to raise their family then they relocated to Aurora, Colorado in 2015.

Kevin's best life was spent with his wife, Jill, and his children, Amanda and Daniel, his son-in-law Brian Cimino and daughter-in-law Sara, his grandchildren, Nolan, Oliver, Charles, George and June Cimino and Morgan Blewett and Remy Rose Hetzel.  Kevin was a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.  

Kevin started Victor Valley Mixers in 1998 in the High Desert and relocated it to Colorado and throughout the United States. 

Kevin treasured taking LONG drives with Jill and he cherished going camping, hiking and exploring new adventures with his children and grandchildren.  He also enjoyed playing golf every chance he got.

Kevin is with our Lord, he is missed by all who knew him, until we meet again.

Church Service to be held on Sunday May 31, 2026 at 2 PM at Eastern Hills Church located at 25511 E Smoky Hill Road, Aurora, Colorado 80016.

Celebration of Life to follow at the house located at 26089 E Phillips Place, Aurora, Colorado 80016.
