Joyce Harrison, 75 of Riverview, Florida passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 10, 2024. Joyce was born in Lakeland, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, Shelby and Lillian Roberts and her brother Buddy Roberts all from Lakeland Florida. Joyce is survived by her husband Frank of 56 years, her daughter Lori Themar and husband Michael, and 2 grandsons Gabriel and Sam, that she so adored. She is also survived by her loving son Frank Harrison II and his wife Abbe.

Bootsy, as she was affectionately known by her family, was the oldest of 4 sisters and 1 brother. She is preceded in death by her brother Buddy and is survived by 3 sisters Barbara Gibson, Becky Sykes, and Brenda Speight. She also had many nieces and nephews.

Joyce was a trained paralegal prior to retirement. She loved to read and always had a book at her side.

As per her request there will be no celebration of life - only keep her in your hearts, thoughts, and prayers.

In lieu of cards or flowers, the family requests that you honor her by doing something for someone less fortunate than yourself.
