Harold Roy Franks, 89, of Harlibgenl, TX, passed away on October 31st, 2024, due to heart complications.

Harold was born April 11th, 1935 in Lowell, MI, the son of Parents Gregory and Dorothy Franks.

Harold graduated from High School in 1953, at Lowell Community High School.

Harold joined the Air Force in 1955 and served until honorably discharged in 1960.

Harold married Toki Hasomi on September 17, 1960 at the First Baptist Church of Lowell, with Father Harris officiating. Harold and Roy shared 64 years of marriage till her passing in 2024, raising two children Van and Tina.
