Evelyn Forman

Evelyn was a great woman who loved her family and friends. She was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. Miss Evelyn would be found either cooking for her loved ones and the children in the neighborhood, or at church. She was an outstanding woman, a hard worker, and a prayer warrior. She truly will be missed and was loved by all. To know her was to love her.
