Obituary

Erin Galusha, 79, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2025, in Sun City Center, Florida, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.

Born on April 19, 1946, in Hawthorne, California, Erin’s life was marked by resilience and a deep love for her family. She built a successful marketing career at Wang Laboratories in the 70's and 80's, where her creativity and determination left a lasting impression. In the early 1990s, she pivoted to entrepreneurship, fulfilling her dream of owning and operating a small business.

Throughout her life, Erin called many places home—Hawthorne, California; Hollis, New Hampshire; Las Vegas, Nevada; and ultimately Sun City Center, Florida—always bringing warmth and character to every community she joined. She was passionate about golf, bowling, and gardening, and approached each with the same spirit of joy and dedication she brought to every part of her life.

Erin was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wayne Galusha, and daughter, Kristin Galusha. She is survived by her loving son, Sean Galusha, his wife Michelle, and their children, Kaedyn and Myles, who brought her immense pride and joy.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Cancer Research Institute in Erin’s memory.
