Eddie Gipson

Reverend Eddie Lee Gipson was born on the 23rd day of December 1954 to the late George and Marine Gipson. Eddie confessed his life to Christ at an early age. He was a member of Reynolds Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Eddie lived a very fulfilling life until his sickness throughout until his departure. He was well known for working with Pine Bluff School District delivering food to each school’s cafeteria. Early on, he worked for Union Station in the early 70’s. Even through his sickness, he still continued to work, until his body wouldn't allow him to. Eddie was a great husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, also friend to others. He enjoyed being with family at our family gatherings, parties, and visiting his children and grandchildren. He adored his family and friends. He was that kind of person, whom was loved by many and will be truly missed...

Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers George Gipson Jr., Calvin L Gipson, and grandson Brandon Ferguson.

Eddie leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Debra Gipson, two daughters, Amanda (Isaac) Reynolds one son Clifton Gipson all of Pine Bluff, Ar one sister Mattie Williams of Pine Bluff, Ar four brother Thomas Gipson, Theodis Gipson, Andrew Gipson, Mozell (Wanda) Gipson four grandchildren Kevonta Reynolds, Terrance Reynolds, Jade Dilworth, and Avery Dilworth and two great grandchildren Amonie and Kaleiah Reynolds a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Visitation 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday, May 23, 2025, at Henson-Holcomb Mortuary Inc. Pine Bluff, AR. Funeral Service will be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Henson-Holcomb Mortuary Inc. Pine Bluff, AR by Bishop Enoch Eans. Interment in Forrest Lawn Cemetery Pine Bluff, AR by Henson-Holcomb Mortuary Inc. of Pine Bluff, AR. His body will lie in-state from 1:45 p.m. until service time.
