Delbert A. Savage, 82, of Gloversville passed away Monday, February 23, 2026 at Nathan Littauer Hospital. He was born February 25, 1943 in Herkimer, NY to the late Allen Savage and Thelma Russell Savage Lusk.

Delbert proudly served our country in the Army in Korea. He then went on to work for General Electric for more than 35 years, from which he retired.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Sally. He is also survived by his brothers, Allen and Ralph and his sisters Thelma, Linda, and Sheila, as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his brothers David, Paul, and Philip and his sister Shirley.

The family has chosen to remember Delbert's life privately at this time, and burial will take place later this spring in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Gloversville.
