Debbie Schirr

Debbie Ann Russell Schirr, of Clearwater, FL, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025, after a period of health complications. 

Born February 17, 1964, in Pittsburgh, PA, Debbie's vibrant spirit and infectious laughter will be deeply missed by all who knew her. A Jersey girl at heart, Debbie possessed a witty and charismatic demeanor that made her the life of any party. Her warmth and genuine interest in others drew people to her, and she had a knack for making everyone feel special. Debbie was known for her unwavering support and boundless love for her family and friends. Debbie was a devoted mother to her three sons, Chris, Nick, and Andrew, whom she shared with her first husband, Tim Russell. She cherished her role as a mother and poured her heart into nurturing and supporting her sons. In 2007, she found love again and married Tom Schirr, with whom she shared many happy years. 

Debbie leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. She is survived by her loving husband, Tom Schirr; her sons, Andrew Russell, Nick Russell, and Chris Russell (Alicia); her step children Marcus Schirr, Mitch Schirr, Mallory Shea, and her beloved grandchildren, Ella, Parker, Chase, Ruby, Hunter, Michael, and Lily. 

She will be forever remembered for her sparkling personality, her generous spirit, and the deep love she shared with those around her. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
