IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Colin
St. Amour
May 22, 2025 – August 8, 2025
**Obituary for Colin St. Amour** It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Colin St. Amour, who departed this world on August 8, 2025, at Albany Medical Center. Born on May 22, 1985, in Amsterdam, NY, Colin's life, though tragically brief, was filled with love and passion for a wide array of interests that brought joy to those around him. Colin was a beloved son to Bernard and Christine St. Amour, and a cherished brother to Derek St. Amour. His strong bond with his family extended to his loyal service dog, Hershey. Colin's family was the cornerstone of his life, and they will forever hold his memory close to their hearts. A proud graduate of Fonda Fultonville Central School, Colin’s accomplishments included being a dedicated member of the Rugmakers Riding Club, where he showcased his love for horses and was known for bestowing ribbons upon competitors. His interests were vast and varied: he cherished animals, had a creative flair demonstrated through crocheting, knitting, and an affinity for crafting, and found joy in weight lifting and wheelchair racing during his youth. Colin also enjoyed the digital world of video games, delving into history, science, and the wonders of nature, alongside a passion for cooking which he embraced with enthusiasm. The St. Amour family invites loved ones to join them for a private celebration of Colin’s life on October 4, 2025, from 1 PM to 4 PM at the Fort Hunter Engine and Hose Company, located at 351 Main Street, Fort Hunter, NY 12069. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fort Hunter Engine and Hose Company in Colin's memory. Colin St. Amour's spirit will continue to inspire those who knew him. His legacy of kindness, creativity, and passion will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
