Cheryl Christopher, 66, of Ruskin passed away February 27,2025 at Tampa General Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit.
Raised in Ruskin she graduated from East Bay High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Christopher and Shirley Lopez; and her sister Rhonda Davis.
Cheryl is survived by her daughter Jennifer Wilson, son in law Jason Wilson; her siblings Raymond Christopher Jr., and Terrie Christopher; grandchildren Jackson Wallace and Averie Faye Wilson; several nieces and nephews (9) along with great-nieces and nephews(10).
Cheryl Ann lived a life full of passion and devotion to the things and people she cherished most. She found immense joy in babysitting, nurturing li'l ones with the same warmth she gave her own family; whom she adored above all else. A die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan, she never missed a game, cheering them on with unwavering loyalty. Her love of Disney brought magic to her days, whether through trips to the parks or sharing those stories with her loved ones. She was a proud supporter of the Seminoles, rooting for them with fierce spirit, and an avid NASCAR enthusiast, thrilled by the roar of the engines. Her heart also belonged to East Bay Raceway, where she spent countless evenings soaking in the excitement of the races. These passions painted a vibrant picture of a woman who lived fully, loved deeply, and left a lasting mark on everyone around her. Cheryl's funeral service will be held at Sun City Center Funeral Home on March 8, 2025 at 12pm.
