Carmen Ortiz-Lebron

Carmen V. Ortiz-Lebrόn, age 93, of Dallas, GA, passed away with her loving family by her side on July 10th, 2023. She was born to Delfin Ortiz and Barbarita Lebrόn on April 5th, 1930 in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. Carmen graduated from Fajardo Nursing School in Fajardo, PR and served as a Registered Nurse at Ryder Memorial Hospital in Humacao, PR. Carmen is survived by her daughters, Iris of Dallas, GA and Maria of Tampa, FL; Grandchildren Ebony (Eb), Amadis, Francis (Frankii), Ariel (AJ), Amir, Brian (BJ), Jorge, Lynn Kannelie, Amy, Anthony (Tony) and Adrian along with 23 precious great grandchildren. Carmen is proceeded in death by her parents, Delfin and Barbarita, her eldest daughter, Evelyn and her sisters, Gloria and Joaquina. She is remembered by the love she had for her grandchildren and great grandchildren, her face lit up with the joy of their embrace.
