Ana Lydia Regus, 56, peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on February 23, 2025.

She was born in Brooklyn, NY,  graduated from Newtown High School East Elmhurst NY class of '87.

Ana married her soulmate, Richard Regus March 22nd, 2003.  She excelled in her career as a Bank Branch Supervisors, loved by her employees and the customers.

Ana enjoyed the life her and Richard created, time spent with family and friends, dancing to Salsa, Merengue and Bachata music while hosting house parties. She was not one to decline a Mimosa, a cold beer, or a shot.

She is preceded in death by half-brother J.J. Ruiz, and her beloved dog Piper.   Ana is survived by her beloved husband of 28 years, son Ryan (Jessica), grandson Ollen, mother Ohala Mateo, father Angel Ruiz, siblings, Luis Ruiz (Cynthia), Maria Rosario (Jose Luis), Anthony Ruiz (Lori),her half brother Alex Ruiz and extended family and numerous friends and her doting dog Rowdy.

Ana will forever live on in the hearts of those who love her.
