William Todd Carroll

With heart felt sadness, I want to announce the passing of my brother, William Todd Carroll. Todd was born on February 2, 1965 in Bessemer, AL. He graduated from Parson’s Private School in 1983. He lived in Oregon for many years, but passed away in Garden Grove, California on March 17, 2025. Todd is survived by his daughter, Shelby Carroll Johannsen, her husband Lucas Johannsen, and his two grandchildren Kaiden and Kali of St. Helens, Oregon and his sister, Susan Carroll and her family. Todd is preceded in death by his parents William (Billy) Carroll and Betty Lou Carroll of Bessemer AL.
