Ruben Natanael Gutierrez

From the time we were kids growing up together, Ruben had a gift. His true family always extended beyond blood—it was made up of the countless friends he made along his journey.

He had this rare ability to make people feel seen and welcomed. To him, no one was ever a stranger. If you crossed his path, you mattered.

There was a part of Ruben that never really grew up, and I mean that in the best way. He held onto a child-like view of the world—one that believed in the good in people, even when it wasn’t always easy to see. He gave freely, sometimes even when he had very little to give. If you needed something, he would offer it without hesitation. Even if it meant giving you the shirt off his back.

He was a devoted brother, a loving son, and a fiercely loyal friend. Rest in paradise Ruben, you are so missed- and you are so loved. We love you. Until we meet again.
