Mary Ferguson

It is with deep sadness that we announce Mary Ferguson, 62, passed away on September 16th in University Place, WA. 

Mary was a devoted and loving wife. She and her husband, Rick, loved fishing at Offutt Lake, listening to music, going on walks at Point Defiance Park and watching the Mariners together. Mary and Rick were soul mates and best friends and were blessed to have spent 14 beautiful years together. Rick finds peace in knowing they will see each other again in heaven, for eternity. 

Mary was also a mother and grandmother; her daughters and grandchildren meant the world to her. She spent time hiking, camping and going on adventures with her daughter Lisa and her grandchildren. They also found hidden gems at thrift stores and had fun searching for monkey shines while walking their dogs together. 

Although Mary has passed on, her kind and gentle soul will always be with her loved ones and her memory will live on forever.

She will be joining her son Joey, her mother Louise and her father Jack in heaven. 

She is survived by her husband Rick, her daughters Lisa, Katrina and Diane and her grandchildren Michael, Lucas, Eve and Annabelle. 

We will be honoring Mary’s life at Faith Family Church in Milton on Thursday, October 3rd at 12:00pm. There will be a graveside service following the memorial at the Sumner Cemetery for those who wish to attend.
