Deborah "Debby" Benoit

Deborah Benoit, 58, of Granby, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Northampton, MA, on August 21, 1964, she was the devoted wife of the late Theodore “Teddy” Benoit, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and companionship.

Deborah will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family. She was a source of strength and comfort to all who knew her. Whether hosting family gatherings or enjoying quiet evenings reminiscing about old times with Teddy, Deborah’s gentle spirit and kind heart touched everyone around her.

She is survived by her brothers- and sisters-in-law — Casimir, Jacob, Edward, Josephine Hanechak, and Jan Mastej — as well as many beloved grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who will forever cherish her memory. She was predeceased by her husband, Teddy, and her late brothers- and sisters-in-law, Stanley, Henry, Roman, Richard, and Mary Aivaz.

A memorial service to celebrate Deborah’s life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2027, at 11:00 a.m. at a location to be announced. Burial will follow beside her beloved husband at Mater Dolorosa Cemetery.
