Adela G. Ramos, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2025, at the age of 82. She was born on July 22, 1942, in Brownsville, Texas. Adela dedicated her life to creating a warm and loving home to her husband, Ramiro D. Ramos, whom she met and married in 1963 in Brownsville, Texas and their 7 children. They moved to Fort Lupton, CO in 1986 where they settled down and raised their family.

Her greatest Joy came from spending time with her family and fostering a loving environment. Her homemade dishes were legendary, and her holiday gatherings were eagerly anticipated by family and friends alike. Adela’s love for nurturing was evident as she babysat for several of her grandchildren and neighborhood kids. She also enjoyed going to yard sales, thrift stores, and playing bingo.

Adela is survived by her children, Ricardo Garcia (Melinda), Juanita Valdiviezo, Norma Turcios (Freddy), Graciela Martinez (Frank), Belia Julio, Ramiro Ramos Jr., Bertha Fuentes (Ruben), Gerardo Ramos, 19 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Adela was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her siblings Mary, Virginia, Emilia, Alberto, Sabino Jr., a granddaughter Alyssa Ramos, and a great grandson.

A celebration of Adela’s life will be held on July 17, 2025 at St. Williams Catholic Church, 1025 Fulton Avenue, Fort Lupton, CO 80621.

Rosary will begin at 10:00am with a Mass of Christian Burial to Follow.
